She is a recent
addition to the Lynx team. Joined in October 2007.
Has been a Teaching
Assistant in the department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the
University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for over 2 years.
She has presented a
paper, "Understanding the Effectiveness
of Product Placement: The Role of Placement Congruency and Information
Processing" in the 2007 AEJMC convention in Washington, D.C.
Conversant with Market Research methods (Quantitative and Qualitative),
Kavita has always been interested in understanding consumer attitudes
and preferences.
Earned a Masters in Commerce & Economics from University of Mumbai,
India, and Masters in Mass Communication from the University of
Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Fluent in French, she had an opportunity to represent her country in the
2003 cultural exchange program organized by the Lion's Club of France.
Trained in Indian classical vocals
since the age of 4, she is passionate about music and hopes to make
something of it in the future.
