industry, split between supplier and client side.
Started career at M/A/R/C Research, learning the
industry from the ground up by supporting a variety of Fortune
500 clients.
Managed both large tracking efforts and the complex experimental
designs at GTE Directories (now Verizon Information
Services).
As the first member of the marketing research department at GTE Telephone
Operations his ability to prove the value of research
to senior management led to the expansion of the department to
12 full time researchers and a 300% increase in budget.
Managed various departments including Marketing Research
and Database Modeling at different GTE (now Verizon)
companies.
Has conducted research in virtually every telecom category including
local service, long distance, data transport, internet (access
and content), CPE, bundling, wireless, video, and directories.
At Lynx, has worked extensively in telecommunications, utility
service, publishing & advertising, and consumer package
goods.
Earned a BBA in Marketing from the University
of North Texas and a
Master of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
