  • Supervises and provides direction to Lynx Research Project Manager staff.

  • Manages all daily phases of the internal and external operational efforts required to successfully complete a research study.

  • Integral role for developing operations plans and project manager training in conjunction with Lynx partners and executives.
     
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all sub-contractors in order to ensure Lynx Research receives the level of service required to appropriately meet the needs of our clients.
     
  • Over 12 years of experience in a sales capacity, maintaining vendor relationships, staff development, inventory tracking, and department management in the retail environment with Federated Inc. and Dillard's.
     
  • Brings considerable customer service and vendor management skills to the Lynx Research team.
     
  • Earned BBA in Economics from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
