industry ranging from package goods to services and telecommunications
research.
Career has been split between the client and supplier sides of
marketing research providing a solid foundation of research knowledge.
Started career at the Coca-Cola Company, obtaining
expertise in package goods research and fundamentals of marketing.
After several years in client service at a research vendor, moved
to BellSouth Telecommunications. Most
recent role at BellSouth was Director of Corporate Research which
included responsibility for all advertising, branding, customer
value modeling and communications research.
Has conducted research in virtually every telecom category including
local service, long distance, data transport, internet (access and
content), CPE, bundling, wireless, video, and directories.
Earned a BS in Marketing from Belmont University and a Master of
Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
