- Career has been split between the client and supplier sides of marketing research providing a solid foundation of research knowledge.
- Started career at the Coca-Cola Company, obtaining expertise in package goods research and fundamentals of marketing.
- After several years in client service at a research vendor, moved to BellSouth Telecommunications. Most recent role at BellSouth was Director of Corporate Research which included responsibility for all advertising, branding, customer value modeling and communications research.
- Has conducted research in virtually every telecom category including local service, long distance, data transport, internet (access and content), CPE, bundling, wireless, video, and directories.
- Earned a BS in Marketing from Belmont University and a Master of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
