Who We Are

Sinjin Eberle

Role: Research Analyst

Sinjin lives by the motto that nothing great comes without really, really hard work. And whether it’s a complex, multi-phase segmentation study or protecting and restoring Colorado’s threatened watersheds, Sinjin works tirelessly to find innovative solutions. As a leader of the Albuquerque Mountain Rescue team he honed his analytical skills in order to save lives- constantly assessing nuances in the rock, snow and ice that other less-aware outdoorsmen unfortunately overlooked. He applies that same acute, mindfulness and energy to every research project he touches. When Sinjin is not plowing through data, you can usually find him blazing past trees and over creeks on “sasquatch-rocket,” his prized racing bike. His enthusiasm for the outdoors started with growing up on a family farm in western Colorado where he harvested cherries and peaches, and wandered the woods and mountains of the West Elk Wilderness. Graciously, the Environmental Science labs at Ball State University (where he earned his B.S. degree) gave Sinjin more room and unlimited books to learn more about the hidden, but important nuances of the great outdoors.
