- Developed Frito-Lay’s advertising copy testing and tracking program.
- Conceived of and led the first known Yellow Pages User Segmentation project for GTE Directories.
- Won the prestigious PepsiCo Chairman’s Award for groundbreaking work in Multicultural Insights, leading to the development of a Multicultural Marketing Team at Frito-Lay.
