  • Career has spanned the client, advertising and supplier sides of marketing research, providing a solid foundation of insights expertise in multiple disciplines.
  • Formed and led the Shopper Insights Group at Frito-Lay, advancing the company’s consumer behavior center of excellence and point-of-purchase knowledge base. Additionally, led the most comprehensive channel segmentation project in the CPG industry.
  • Developed Frito-Lay’s advertising copy testing and tracking program.
  • Conceived of and led the first known Yellow Pages User Segmentation project for GTE Directories.
  • Won the prestigious PepsiCo Chairman’s Award for groundbreaking work in Multicultural Insights, leading to the development of a Multicultural Marketing Team at Frito-Lay.
  • Earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
